(nee Brooks) Of Erial, NJ, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, age 72 yrs. Beloved wife of Richard “Rick” Machinsky. Devoted mother of Jason Machinsky (Amy). Kevin Machinsky (Jennifer), Richard Machinsky, Stacy Breslin (Bernie), and Matthew Machinsky (Billie). Dear sister of Wayne Brooks, Dale Brooks, Diane Huttner, her twin brother Gary Brooks, Neil Brooks, and the late Donald Brooks, the late Jerry Brooks, and the late Glenn Brooks. Loving grandmother of Sophie, Sawyer, Santino, Adriana, Milani, Miles, Emily, Noah, Killian, and Gavin. Therese retired from Walmart as a department manager. She enjoyed playing bingo, trips to the casino, listening to Rod Stewart, and traveling with her husband. Therese will always be remembered as a faith-filled woman who selflessly devoted herself to her family. The small gifts that she often gave to her grandchildren, whom she loved to spoil, will be forever cherished. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her visitation on Saturday, July 26, 2025, from 10am until 11am at Stratford Presbyterian Church, 41 Warwick Road, Stratford, NJ, where a Funeral Service will follow at 11am.
