Mary E. Tilghman

(nee Brodeur) Passed away peacefully on February 16, 2021 of Brooklawn, NJ, formerly of Barrington, NJ, age 82yrs. Beloved wife of the late Thomas. Devoted mother of Thomas (Tammy), Theresa Spurka (William), Tamara Stevens (William), and the late Theodore. Dear sister of Alex Brodeur. Loving grandmother of 6 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. Prior to retirement, Mary worked as a Vet Tech at the Collingswood Veterinary Hospital. She enjoyed volunteering at the Camden County Library teaching adult literacy. Mary was an active member of the former Barrington Beautification Committee and enjoyed bowling and reading mystery novels. Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing on Friday morning from 9:30am to 10:30am at POPIOLEK FUNERAL HOME, 400 Clements Bridge Rd, Barrington, NJ. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11am in St. Rose of Lima Church, Haddon Heights, NJ. Interment will follow at St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Chews Landing, NJ.
