John Dale Gallagher, Jr.

Passed away peacefully on March 29, 2026, age 77 years, of Barrington, NJ, formerly of Northeast Philadelphia. Beloved husband for over 47 years to Barbara (nee Fanticolla). Devoted father of Barbara McCool (Jim), John Dale Gallagher, III (Ann-Maree), and Jack Burkhardt (Regina). Loving grandfather of Kylie, Matthew (Olivia), Caroline, Connor, Sydney, Zoey, and Adele. Dale was born and raised in Northeast Philadelphia where he graduated from Cardinal Dougherty High School and attended St. Joseph’s University. He enjoyed a long career in automotive sales working in several local dealerships. Dale was a proud Philadelphia sports enthusiast who enjoyed playing golf and supporting his grandchildren in their activities. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing on Thursday, April 9, 2026 from 10am to 11am at POPIOLEK FUNERAL HOME, 400 Clements Bridge Rd, Barrington, NJ where a Funeral Service will follow at 11am.
