David N. Gomolson

David (“Dave”) Nicholas Gomolson passed suddenly on 7/9/25, at 44 years old. Dave was a lifelong resident of Barrington, NJ. He graduated from Haddon Heights High School and attended Rutgers University. Dave was a long time, dedicated employee at UPS where he worked as a supervisor.

Dave enjoyed a variety of hobbies and interests. He loved the beach, boats, and fishing. He also enjoyed skiing, golf, basketball, soccer, and just about any sport. He was incredibly handy and could DIY just about any home project. Dave also loved dogs and they loved him. He was often told he must be part dog.

More than anything, Dave loved his people. His children were his absolute pride and joy. Being a big kid at heart, Dave loved and was beloved by all of his nieces and nephews. He dearly loved his family and many, many friends. Dave had an enormous heart and the most caring and generous nature, the kind of guy that would give you the shirt off his back. He had an infectious smile and was well known for his fun sense of humor and wit. Dave was always thinking about the people he loved, even while he struggled himself.

Dave is survived by his parents, Frances and Richard Gomolson, sisters, Kate Gomolson (Matt Simberg) and Jennifer Gomolson, two sons, Nicholas and Dominic Gomolson, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and many friends.

Services will remain private, but the family will hold a celebration of Dave’s life at a future date to be determined.
