Passed away peacefully on August 30, 2023, of Audubon, NJ, age 76yrs. Beloved wife of the late Valerio Williams. Devoted mother of Emmy David, Ed Williams, Valerie Williams and Ritong Sokau, Jennifer Williams and Everett Ngiraidong, Ginger Williams, Pete Norman Williams and Allison Napoleon, Kathleen Williams, and Myra Williams and Darcy Lizama. Dear sister of Hosiana and Julius Blunt, Dennis Ngirchongor and Erina Ngirchongor, Skang Moded and Eileen Moded, Uriik Salvador, Thomas Rebluud, as well as the late Regina Aguon and Oingerang Ngirchongor. Loving grandmother of 30 grandchildren. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Born in Koror Palau, Angela lived in California for many years where she retired as a nurse from Country Villa Rancho Mirage Health & Rehabilitation Center. She was an active member of the Palau Women’s Club of Guam. Angela enjoyed participating in fundraising events, traveling, bowling, listening to music, and dancing. She will always be remembered for being compassionate, loving, and loved her family with all she had.
