Surrounded by his loving family on November 22, 2009 of Clementon, formerly of Pennsauken, NJ age86 yrs. Beloved husband of 64yrs of Eleanor M. (Nee. Schnauffer). Devoted father of William G. III (Linda), Barbara Popiolek (Fred), Karl (Cheryl), and Andrea Mottershead (Erin Smith). Dear brother of Al, Ron and the late Bob. Loving grandfather of William IV, Fred, Jr., Kirk, Jennifer, Megan, Jamie, Michelle, Laura, and the late Stephen. Great-grandfather of Patrick, Brittany, Bryan, William V, Alex, Brandon, Noah, Abigail, Benjamin, Aaron, Jaxon, Elijah, and Emory. Also survived by his daughter-in-law Valerie Lee and foster brothers Thom Kidd, Joe and Jerry Devone, and David Huntzsinger. Mr. Tessing proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy during World War II. Prior to retiring in 1982, he was a Machinist for Langston’s for over 31yrs. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing on Tuesday evening from 7-9PM and again on Wednesday morning from 9:30 to 11am at the POPIOLEK FUNERAL HOME, 400 Clements Bridge Rd, Barrington, NJ, where a Funeral Service will take place at 11am.
