(Nee Charlesworth) On March 17, 2016, formerly of Millville, NJ, age 69 yrs. Devoted mother of Desiree Fiorani (Michael). Loving grandmother of Zachary, Kyle, and Ethan Fiorani. Dear sister of James Charlesworth, Thomas Charlesworth, Nancy Rafine, Bob Charlesworth, and Lewis Charlesworth. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Mrs. Caulk enjoyed NASCAR, sewing, General Hospital, QVC, and above all her grandchildren.
